4. Select the SLUI file and delete it
5. By removing the SLUI file, you will have deleted your previous activation record

7. Go to the file manager and open C:/Windows > System32 folder
8. Right-click on the SLUI file and choose Properties
9. Follow steps 2 and 3 highlighted above and open the Security tab
10. Choose Users and select the Edit option
11. You can now edit user permissions
12. Give the current user ‘full control.’
13. Close these windows
14. Go to the SLUI file and delete
